Homebase is Von Mack Agency's central internal tool — a single place to manage clients, track open work, run automations, and stay on top of production. It integrates directly with Teamwork, handles background jobs automatically, and surfaces the information the team needs without digging through multiple systems.
Production Dashboard
A live view of every active client and their open Teamwork tasks, grouped by task list and sorted by priority. Includes flip clocks for each client's local time, overdue indicators, and a one-click sync from Teamwork.
Teamwork Automation
Automated milestone rollovers, task management, and batch processing via Hangfire background jobs. Keeps Teamwork projects in sync with minimal manual effort.
Reporting
Marketing performance reports pulling from Google BigQuery and Sheets. AI-assisted summaries and insights delivered to clients on schedule.
Client Map
An interactive world map of geocoded client locations with local time clocks, contact details, and quick links to each client's profile — built from the same data that powers the production dashboard.
